I was so pleased I chose Sleepwell Motel and definitely will be coming back. Nice indoor pool and spa, tennis court and very good laundry facilities. Love all the little touches such as iron in the laundry and hair dryer and even shaving foam in the bathroom and a cheeky bar you can go for a few drinks. Was so peaceful a little fountain at the front, great kitchen/bbq facilities and I found I could really relax and feel on holiday here. The staff are very thoughtful and friendly. This place is a gem and super cheap for all the place has to offer as there was even a small playground for little kids.

I found the bed in my original room uncomfortable and the manager (I think) was very gracious and helpful and changed me to another room. Great customer service. The pool and spa don't look flash on first impressions, but we had a lot of enjoyment from both. Good location, 4min drive to most things. Clean. Everything is a touch dated, but its a motel not the Ritz. Sleepwell Motel is still better than the Crown Towers, which was absolutely appalling for the price. :)

Very helpful staff, easy check in and check out (we had a late check in and an early check out - both were very simple). Rooms were fairly dated in terms of décor, but clean and comfortable. Which was all we needed for our stay. Beds were quite firm but comfortable, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We stayed in a large family room which had a sliding door between main bed and single beds, this was great for us.

Owners/staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and large. Large bathroom and shower stalls (large enough for a shower chair) with great water pressure and toiletries. Really liked the indoor heated spa and cold pool. We had booked 2 rooms, and 1 bed was comfortable, but the other room had some springs that you could feel through the night. Overall, it is great value for money.
